Reporting and Confidential Concerns
If a child is in immediate danger: police 117, ambulance 144. E-mail is the wrong channel in that situation.

For everything else, two independent points of contact are available outside the management hierarchy. They are separated by subject, not by person — parents, employees, relatives and outside observers all use the same addresses.

When a child is involved

This is the address for observations and suspicions concerning a child's wellbeing: physical, emotional or sexualized violence, boundary violations by adults or by other children, neglect, noticeable changes in a child, or concerns about the conduct of a caregiver.

Whether it is a suspicion or something that has already happened, and whether it occurred at the center, at home or elsewhere in a child's life, makes no difference. Uncertainty about whether an observation "counts" is no reason to wait. Assessing it is our job.

This is the address for everything that does not concern a child's safety: team conflicts, leadership conduct, excessive workload, exclusion, disrespectful treatment, concerns about the quality of care — and anything the regular reporting line is not the right place for.

A response follows promptly, and the next steps are discussed together. Turning to a body outside our network remains an option at any time.
