Galla Stambuk

Galla Stambuk is Chief Family Officer and a member of the Management Board at globegarden. She is responsible for the Family Solutions area and the development of services for families and corporate clients. In this role, she focuses on flexible, high-quality childcare solutions and supports the integration of new centres into the network.

Since 2017, Galla has been actively involved in shaping early childhood education programmes, operational excellence, and the development of quality standards across globegarden locations. She consistently places the needs of families at the centre of her work and brings extensive experience in advising both families and employers.

Before joining globegarden, Galla held various leadership and advisory roles. She holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from Bennington College in Vermont, USA.

As a mother of two school-aged children, she understands the challenges of balancing work and family life from personal experience. Both of her children attended globegarden childcare centres—an experience that further shapes her perspective on quality, care, and the needs of families.
